Aurora Phoenix is built on one conviction: in sport, the gap between good and great is rarely raw talent. It is the quality of decisions made under pressure, in the boardroom and on the field. UNSWAYD Sport sharpens the commercial side. The Pressure Codes sharpens the human one.
Through UNSWAYD Sport, the company provides independent management-consulting and advisory services to organisations across the business of sport, spanning commercial strategy, partnerships, fan experience, operating models and fractional leadership.
Through The Pressure Codes, the company delivers performance-development services, including behavioural profiling, structured programs and workshops that help athletes, teams and business leaders perform when the stakes are high.
Both businesses are led by founder Aiden Blizzard and share a single operating foundation for contracting, administration and delivery. Engagements are scoped directly with each client, delivered remotely or in person.

About the founder
Aiden Blizzard
Founder & Principal
Aiden Blizzard is the founder of Aurora Phoenix LLC and of its two businesses, UNSWAYD Sport and The Pressure Codes. He brings more than twenty years across elite sport, combining a fourteen-year professional cricket career, playing in the world's premier T20 competitions including the IPL and Big Bash and winning seven T20 titles, with senior commercial leadership across sport and entertainment.
His career spans partnerships, fan experience, major events, commercial strategy and organisational growth, with leadership roles across organisations including Cricket Australia, TLA Worldwide and KOJO. That mix of playing, commercial and delivery experience shapes how both businesses work: senior, practical and built around the problem in front of the client.
